Hi, I’m Michael, the founder of T2f.London and a fully certified personal trainer with over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey into fitness started during my time in the army, where I learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and pushing limits. These values have stayed with me and shaped how I coach today.
At T2f.London, I specialize in strength and conditioning, functional training, post-injury rehabilitation, and total-body transformation. My Finnish-Ghanaian roots give me a unique perspective and a strong drive to connect with clients on a personal level. For me, it’s all about helping people build strength—not just physically, but in every aspect of their lives.
Hi, I’m Adriana, a graduate Kinesiologist, certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Founder of T2f.London. Growing up as a professional athlete, health and fitness have always been at the core of my life. Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, building personalized programs that focus on achieving long-lasting results.
For the past five years, I’ve focused on women’s health, specializing in pre- and postnatal fitness, functional training, body re composition, strength building, and injury prevention. My approach is deeply personal—I love building strong relationships with my clients and seeing them grow stronger, more confident, and healthier every day. At T2f.London, my mission is to make sure you feel supported, empowered, and capable of reaching your full potential.
